2025 oregon Bottle Drop Program
Meals for Seniors is participating in the bottledrop annual holiday give event. During this limited event Participating nonprofits will earn 20% more on funds raised through BottleDrop from November 15th to December 2nd.
Meals for Seniors is a registered Non-profit with BottleDrop and accepts donated, returnable, clean bottles and cans to help fund our program. Our volunteers will sort and bag bottles and cans and return them to the Oregon Bottle Drop program site at Fred Meyer in Tillamook. All proceeds we receive will support our meal program.
Did you know that as a non-profit fundraiser Meals for Seniors can also receive online donations from Bottle Drop Green Bag accounts? Each fundraiser has a unique donation link – you can find our link by searching “Meals for Seniors Inc” on the Bottle Drop website HERE.

The need for nutritious food for our senior citizens continues to be of serious concern. Many seniors on fixed incomes are not getting the healthy diet they need in these times of inflation and continuing rise in food costs. Meals for Seniors, Inc. has been providing freshly cooked meals to seniors, 52 weeks of the year, continuously for 20 years. Our deliveries may be the only meal many of our seniors receive on a given day. In 2023 we prepared 13,155 meals of which 7,964 were delivered to our vulnerable homebound seniors in North Tillamook County, and 5,191 meals were served in our dining room.
Our program is supported solely by donations from individuals, organizations, grants and our own fundraisers. We do not receive on-going local, state, or federal funding. We are a volunteer driven organization and would very much appreciate your support this year.
Meals for Seniors, Inc., is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, and your donations are deductible to the extent provided by law.

Oregon Bottle Drop Program

Fred Meyer Community Rewards Program
Customers who shop at Fred Meyer stores can sign up to be a member of the Fred Meyers Community Rewards Program. Meals for Seniors, Inc. will then be able to receive direct funding, each quarter, on an on-going basis. The amount we receive is based on the amount of money spent by those who sign up and designate our program. Your identity is never revealed to us, and it does not impact your ability to receive other coupons or perks from their Rewards Program. Fred Meyer donates to non-profits in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington.
